emotional support plushies

so as i mentioned at the end of the comments of my last post, i had a recent crash into a scary depressive episode & had to reach out for some help..

as an eccentric agoraphobic catlady my emotional support system is very small..

& is mostly made up of mysterious emotional support plushies like these..

whether it's migraine, depression or ocd, american mcgee has created a whole collection..

for example the love kitty at the end of my radiohead ghostcloset antifashion update has a tiny trauma minibun friend..

& these mysterious plush toys get along well with my own strange kitties & homemade crying monsters..

i guess it's the vintage kid in me that is able to take comfort from toys tucked into my closet?

for most of my life dissociation was my sparkling darkness, protecting me from my terrors..

so it's almost halloween & i've been posting all kinds of spooky fun stuff over at the lost & found toy blog, as well as enjoying the witches festival in eso & trick or treating at others' camps in fallout 76 for this 'free' week!
