flashback friday favorite ~ how & why: the moon

i really love vintage how & why books by wonder books ~

this one about the moon is one of my favorites ~

from 1967 during the apollo space project (& on toxic's 4th birthday she got to watch as man first walked on the moon!) ~

toxic had the one how & why book about insects & most school classrooms at the time had several, if not a virtual library of them..
(now i have a whole library of them myself) ~

there are how & why books on every subject you can think of ~

but i like the ones about science & nature most ~

every child of the 60's will remember these books ~
