the making of sunset house

so yesterday i posted about our latest mini house, the sunset school ~

mr dad & i have made many mini houses together, & due to space restrictions we decided this would be our last house ~

i had an idea that i wanted to create a special vampire school ;) ~

& i was inspired by this old article i found ~

we would use greenleaf's 'the lily' ~

starting the project back in march ~

it was helpful that we've been staying in ~

we got a bit more done each weekend with the hopes of finishing for halloween :) ~

for my birthday i picked out a nice little lot of mezco living dead dolls for the students ~

& we used these fun winkie style portraits to add to the decor ~

madame was vintage & specially chosen ~

i painted the mini paintings myself ~
