perri is a real little squirrel living in the wild ~
toxic has always felt a kinship with little animals that hibernate to survive the winter, with our cold weather here recently i thought of perri.. ~
man, & i thought my life was stressful, poor perri faces one disaster after another ~
perri's friend porro is a boy squirrel that she meets ~
perri's neighbors are the beavers of beaver valley & nature's half acre ~
the film is hard to find, but i found it on volume #4 of disney's true life adventure dvds ~

for this weird wednesday, a look at grickle art by graham annable ~

& i only recently realized he's on instagram & followed him there ~
i've always loved his fun artstyle & have made stickers of much of it to add to my own journals ;) ~
so imagine my joy when i found myself in one of his live drawing events on insta ~
& seeing him & his co-artist friend julian narino choose my request to draw eraserhead kermit! lols ~
& they did not disappoint! :) ~
then i came back later to another live drawing & made a different request ~
which resulted in an insane mashup of gumby & pokey in bladerunner scenes!! :D ~
this made my day!!! ~
so glad to have this kind of fun back after all this time ~
i love his cats & vampires ~
