blue q cat

just a short post today, once upon a time during kitty month i posted this picture of mr dad working in his office, with a fun cardboard kitty up over him on the shelf, i'd found him at an estate sale & knew nothing about him. well, only now did i find out he is the original blue q cat that helped start that fun company that i love! (they sell the best 'no boring socks' around, for one thing, & snarky cool kitchen tea towels etc..)

composition books

do you keep a journal?~

i've asked the question before as i am an avid writer of hypergraphic journals ~

& i've found i like these composition book style versions best ~

perhaps because they're big enough to afford me space for stickers as well? ~

& mysterious drawings ;) ~

bats, frogs, suns & moons ~

i've been keeping journals for over 30 years now ~

as an infj personality type i have a particular need to write & reflect to process life ~

i also have a trunkful of my mom's diaries archived in a trunk as well ~

i especially like the spiral bound decomposition books which can fold all the way open for easy use ~

i hope to live long enough to fill the many cool blank journals i've now collected ;)
