flashback friday the 13th!

for this special flashback friday the 13th a look back at one of my favorite black cats from last october.. so recently mr dad & i took a little drive downtown to check out laika studios' curious cat trail :D ~

based on the animated movie coraline from 2009 ~

the movie will be back out in theaters in 3d at halloweentime :D ~

i've posted about it here at the lost & found before ~

31 art sculptures of coraline's curious cat have been placed around portland ~

we found our first one by powell's books ~

from the park blocks to pittock mansion, they are lurking everywhere ;) ~

we found 6 but there's a map here for anyone who wants to find them all! ~

but hurry because they'll only be there till october 13th ~

when they'll be auctioned off & proceeds will go to doernbecher's childrens hospital ~

as a portland catlady myself i had to check these out <3 ~
