what good are notebooks?

our alice approves of my newest blank composition notebooks ~

i'm a prolific journal writer, as i may have shared before ;) ~

& although i love the talking heads i have to disagree with david byrne ~

as my notebooks keep me alive ~

although i'll have to live to be 111 years old to fill them all ~

i love the special areas for mood & meals & such but had hoped this one would also include some blank or lined pages?? nope. ~
