cd sunday ~ ben cooper

it's another cd sunday ~

today i'm focusing on ben cooper ~

he's the lead singer & musician of the group radical face ~

some great radical face cds are the roots, the branches & the leaves ~

all part of the family tree ~

we're old fans of ben cooper here at our house ~

i discovered his music way back as a regular on the elliott smith forum sweet addy that i've posted about before ~

here's the ghost cd :) ~

ben cooper also has a band called electric president ~

also very good, just a different more electric, less acoustic sound <3 ~

i've used ben's music paired up with many of my own albums ~

& have had the pleasure of commenting & emailing back & forth with him in the past ~

over at my other blog ;) ~

& as part of his patients project ~

which i posted about here once before while covering some of his cool vinyl ~

he took trades for this cool personal collection ~

so my son & i sent him a great big vintage plastic godzilla.. lol ~

which he loved! he wrote back saying he named his earliest band monster zero.. lol :D ~

anyway he's a great guy & a very gifted & talented musician ~

you may have heard some of his songs in the background of tv shows like csi & others ~
