a must have for my library ~

truth ~

words matter ~

so i often mention i have this toxic inner child ~

as a result of a difficult start to this life ~

i nicknamed her toxic ;) ~

she believes we can survive anything in this life with what she learned in our old vintage girl scout manual ~

i would add this book as being just as important ~

& we had to have the illustrated version ~

with incredible images by nora krug ~

hmm, establish a private life ~

trust your own eyes & ears & life experience ~

& just keep getting through each day ~
