AWWWW.....So cute! Sometimes you include all of the pages. This time you left some out! I was getting spoiled being able to read the whole books on some of your posts! HaHa! I love the illustrations of this one too, especially the one of him with the paper chain garland. So adorable. <3 I guess my favorite thing about these old books is the art work more than the stories themselves! I love old greeting cards for the same reason. =)

yeah i'm such a fan of all the vintage children's book illustrators too, it may seem like i posted all the pages before but that only happens if a book is super short, i try to just pull out 5-7 good pages to sample, you know? these oldies have a charm that's just been lost nowadays with all the cg style :/
