more collector cards

are you a card collector? ~

my son's elementary & jr high schools were right behind a little place called amazing comics down in socal ~

so i'd often stop in on my way to pick him up after school just to see what was new & grab a couple packs of cards ~

like these nightmare before xmas & beavis & butthead packs ~

or i'd pick raven up first & we'd both go in ~

we have always shared gaming interests, now you can check us out on youtube ~

whether it was final fantasy or mad magazine, american mcgee's alice or tolkien, we'd always find cool stuff at amazing comics ~

we went there through the pokemon days ~

neopets ~

yu-gi-oh ~

raven collected his cards & i slowly gathered retro packs & toys/figures ~

movie cards like these planet of the apes ones ~

or kids' shows ~

like powerpuff girls ~

ren & stimpy ~

the simpsons ~

we went to the first free comic book day there (& have continued visiting comic book stores for this event ever since :) ~
