a vintage little golden book today ~

good morning & good night by jane werner from 1949 ~

this little boy had trouble getting up in the morning ~

even when his pup & kitty tried to wake him ~

even a panther & a lion cannout rouse him ~

'cause that happens, right? ~

i would think they'd be more concerned over their comatose little boy? ~

& he gobbled up the mouse! no, wait.. nevermind.. ~

now toxic relates to this little girl ~

she likes to stay up at night with kitty & play with her cool toys ~

but her doll was too sleepy ~

This was once my favorite book. My dear American aunt gave it to me when she visited her family in Holland (1960). I've lost it and I'm so sorry. It is not available here.
