doll stuff

i'm someone who likes to rescue old dolls ~

vintage to contemporary, kewpie to monster high, often i find them naked or in just their underwear ~

or sometimes even just doll parts ~

for example i turned this quayesque bisque doll head into a cool dolly of death nitelite ~

now she watches over us day & night :D ~

toxic recognized this tiny doll as a brunette dawn doll from her era, the 60s, her name is dancing angie ~

i found her along with these toy lion & tiger toys ~

they're contemporary playskool from 1990 ~

but it brought back a little toxic story that made me laugh ~

toxic had an old cigar box that she kept her treasured trinkets in, & strangely it included a torn out picture of a sexy naked lady with a real lion & tiger at each side (when your dad & his friends are all auto mechanics such things are around..) ..& toxic wanted to grow up to be just like her! :D well, i've since lowered my standards considerably, lol.. now i'm happy just seeing these 3 on my toyroom shelf & being mom to my tiny tigers ~

while on the subject of dolls, there are now these barbie mini blind toys too, i got this donut bag ~
