here's a cool vintage item i found at an estate sale ~

my movie diary from 1945 ~

write about the movies you've seen, & the movie stars ~

like mr bingles.. :O makes me feel all xmasy! ~

there are actually just way too many to show here, but you get the era ~

toxic's mom is a huge movie buff & would just love this old diary ~

bette davis ~

especially since the young lady keeping this diary & writing the notes was seeing all these great classic old movies at local theaters here in portland, where my mom grew up as well ~

frank sinatra ~

another favorite, bob hope ~

all the stories i've heard of the old portland theaters in their heyday, many are gone now ~

this little book is like a time machine ~

saved the best for last, mr cary grant :) ~
