yesterday i mentioned the new gumby adventures that came out in 1988 ~
as a gumby fan this was perfect for me because i literally had to set my vcr to tape the first episode since i was off to the hospital to have my son ~
& he became a new generation gumby fan ~
this packet from lorimar industries was sent around to promote the new series ~
it lists out the bumpers that came in between episodes ~
my son loved these new adventures as a small child ~
unfortunately i do not have the slides that were also sent out ~
the new gumby adventures ran on nickelodeon for many years ~

a favorite is pumpkinland where pokey eats an enormous pumpkin puff ~
dinosaurs are back in episodes like hatching out ~

minga was voiced by holly harman ~
i've posted several of holly's books here at the lost & found ~
gumby & pals have a music band in these new adventures ~
& they still walk into books for different adventures ~
some episodes are music videos ~
there are robots & space episodes too ~
